With the termination of the activities of the cooperative CSV Covas, the chicory activities also change. Agrifirm takes over the logistics processes from agent NPH.
This will stop the chicory agency in the south-east of the Netherlands and the German Selfkant area, which carries out CSV Covas participation NPH for Sensus. Sensus has found a new partner for this region in Agrifirm Plant. Agrifirm Plant is not a new partner for Sensus. The cooperative already fulfills the chicory agency in Central Brabant and in the North of the country.
With the collaboration with Agrifirm Plant, the chicory processor expects to have also made a good choice for this region to work with the growers on 10 tons of inulin per hectare of chicory.
