Central government real estate company adjusts lease notes

31 May 2018 - Anne Jan Doorn - 1 reaction

The Central Government Real Estate Agency sent a letter on May 30 in which they promise to solve the problems surrounding the non-adjusted lease notes. The Association of Land Tenants and Own Land Users (BHLB) is satisfied with this decision.

The Central Government Real Estate Agency apologizes for the fact that incorrect lease invoices were sent. The service is currently checking the invoices and a specific explanation of the new invoice will be sent shortly. The overpaid money will be refunded within 2 weeks after the specific explanation.

The BLHB trusts that the handling will be handled thoroughly. This so that eventually the correct rent will be paid by the tenants. The BLHB has had constructive consultations with the Central Government Real Estate Agency, also about the communication of the service.

It is a good thing that the BLHB has responded well. You see, the government is also not to be trusted. Nice try RVB.

A month ago I already received an email from rvb in which the error was acknowledged and a correction was promised. In this case with me no mistrust. But think the mistake is sloppy from rvb
