715 hectares of leased land on offer

The Central Government Real Estate Agency (RVB) will offer 715 hectares of agricultural land in the IJsselmeer polders on a liberalized lease. It concerns 27 lots with an agricultural destination.

The lots are located in the Noordoostpolder, in Eastern and Southern Flevoland and in the Wieringermeer. The land is currently used as arable land. In addition, the lots will be offered through a public tender.

Early August
The exact location, associated information and details of the registration will be announced at the beginning of August. The offer can already be found at www.biedboek.nl.

Don't worry, there is really not a single Chinese or even a foreigner who subscribes to this. Elsewhere in the world there are huge areas where the soil and rainfall are at least as good with a substantially lower land/lease price, that's where the game is played, not here.
