The Central Government Real Estate Agency reports on Thursday 1 August that it will offer 825 hectares of agricultural land for deregulated lease. The 42 lots are located in the Noordoostpolder, Eastern Flevoland and Wieringermeer.
The plots in the IJsselmeer polders are issued on a liberalized lease by means of a public tender. Registration is on August 1 opened and will close Wednesday, September 4. The lease will take place as of November 1, 2019.
Variation in lots
The issuance period per lot is different and varies from 1 to 6 years. Two lots in the Noordoostpolder are also organically certified. These 2 lots will be issued as Skal-certified. The largest lot is located in Marknesse and the smallest lot in Nagele.
