DOC Kaas ends stable in the first quarter

The milk price of DOC Cheese includes a PZ levy of 0,23 euros. Separately, a sustainability bonus of 0,50 euros per 100 kg of milk can be earned. A separate grazing allowance can be earned that only applies to DOC farmers. This can rise to 1,75 euros per 100 kg of milk.
The stable end to the first quarter yields an average milk price of 32,66 euros per 100 kg of milk. This with an annual supply of 600.000 kg of milk. A plus of almost 31 percent compared to a year earlier. The first quarter yielded a paltry 24,95 euros.
