Milk price Cono is unchanged for March
The milk price of Cono for the month of March remains the same as the price of February. In February the base price increased, but the winter surcharge was withdrawn. At the time, this resulted in a milk price of just over 36 euros per 100 kilos.

In a relatively volatile dairy market, cheesemaker Cono sees no reason to tinker with the milk price. This means that the February milk price of 36,23 per 100 kg of milk will also be paid for March. This with an annual supply of 600.000 kg with 4,41 percent fat and 3,47 percent protein. Fat costs 3,33 euros per kilo. The price of protein per kilo remains stuck at 7,34 euros.
At Cono, dairy farmers can earn a premium of 2 euros for grazing. By participating in Caring Dairy, you can also earn a bonus of 0,75 euros. The ZuivelNL financing amounts to 0,23 euros per 100 kg of milk.
