Confidence Base Countries
According to the Belarusian state news agency, one of the largest Chinese companies has the intention to invest 1 billion euros in the economy. The agriculture minister says that China is opting for this plan because it no longer wants to import agricultural products from every country. It wants to go to countries where there is a basis of trust.

The first plan on the table is a $200 million investment for a new dairy in Vitebsk Oblast. The processed milk is then exported to China.
