The milk price also remains unchanged in May. This results in a fat price of 3,05 euros per kilo of fat. The protein price remains at 6,45 euros per kilo of protein. Together with an annual supply of 600.000 kilos of milk, this results in a milk price of 34,27 euros per 100 kilos of milk.

It is the fifth month in a row that the milk price has remained stable. Which automatically means that the average milk price so far also amounts to 34,27 euros per 100 kilos of milk. Slightly better than FrieslandCampina and well above the price of DOC Cheese. In terms of milk price, Cono remains the leader.
Premium on the milk
At Leerdammer, a sustainability premium of a maximum of 0,60 euros per 100 kilos of milk and a pasture premium of 2,00 euros per 100 kilos of milk can be earned. The quality of milk is also rewarded with a premium of 0,50 euros per 100 kilos of milk. This means that a maximum premium of 3,10 euros can be earned. Per 100 kilos of milk, 0,23 euros will go to ZuivelNL.
