After Arla and FrieslandCampina, DOC Kaas also increases the milk price for July. The dairy farmer sees room to incorporate the improved dairy market in the payment price for dairy farmers.

Dairy farmers who supply 800.000 kilos of milk annually are paid €37,07 per 100 kilos. An annual supply of 1,1 million kilos of milk is rewarded with €37,36 per 100 kilos of milk.
Surcharge for sustainability
The milk price of DOC Cheese includes a PZ levy of 0,23 euros. Separately, a sustainability premium of 0,90 euros per kilo of milk can be earned and a grazing bonus that can increase to 1,75 euros per kilo of milk.
