The milk price for August is €38,86 per 100 kilos. An annual delivery of 600.000 kilos applies. The fat price is set at €3.47 per kilo, protein is €6,95 per kilo. This means an increase of 18 cents per kilo for protein and 37 cents per kilo for fat.
An annual supply of 800.000 kilos of milk is paid at €39,15 per 100 kilos. If at least 1,1 million kilos of milk are produced annually, the price is €39,43 per 100 kilos.
Sustainability allowance
The milk price of DOC Cheese includes a PZ levy of €0,23. Separately, a sustainability premium of €0,90 per kilo of milk can be earned and a grazing bonus that can increase to €1,75 per kilo of milk.
