DOC keeps the fat price for December at €3,657 per kilo and the protein price remains at €7,314 per kilo; pluses of approximately 25% compared to January. DMK thus fulfills its promise to keep the milk price high until the end of the year.

DMK delivers on promise
Due to the stable fat and protein price, the milk price remains at €40,94 per 100 kilos (at 4,41% fat and 3,47% protein and an annual supply of 600.000 kilos). With an annual supply of 800.000 kilos of milk, the price is €41,24 per 100 kilos.
The milk price of DOC Cheese includes a PZ levy of €0,23. Separately, a sustainability surcharge of €0,90 per 100 kilos can be earned. There is also a separate grazing allowance that can amount to €1,75 per 100 kilos.
DOC's milk price is high compared to recent years.
