Several traders and intermediaries say that the market is currently calm. A few say they notice that the market is picking up. Buyers are more inclined to buy now that the price is falling. However, these buyers do not want to buy above the €180 level, but suppliers do not want to sell below that level.

There is also relatively little on offer, which causes the price to drop gently. If there is any trading, it is in small portions of 100 to 400 kilos of phosphate at a time.
