Although Agriculture Minister Carola Schouten has indicated no space In favor of an expansion of the emergency regulations, a surprising turn in this file cannot be ruled out in advance. Tonight, Wednesday July 4, there will be another phosphate debate in which Schouten may provide clarity on the matter.
