Lodders wants clarification about the functioning of RVO.nl

Member of Parliament Helma Lodders (VVD) wants clarification about the state of affairs at the Netherlands Enterprise Agency (RVO.nl) regarding the transfer of phosphate rights. That is why she has submitted parliamentary questions to Minister Carola Schouten (Agriculture, Nature and Food Quality).

Lodders wants to know from Minister Schouten what the procedure is at RVO.nl with regard to the transfer of phosphate rights. RVO.nl claims that the settlement will take place within 8 weeks, but it sounds like that from the field these promises are not fulfilled. The VVD MP therefore wants to know whether, and how often, the promised deadline is being exceeded.

Lodders also asks Schouten whether the delay in the process causes uncertainty among dairy farmers. The MP says that he is approached daily about the functioning of RVO.nl.

How many complaints?
Various parties involved say that the system already fails with the smallest deviations. Lodders wants to know which deviations these could be. Lodders also asks how many complaints were received at RVO.nl in the first 7 months related to the transfer of phosphate rights.
