Vreugdenhil leaves the fat and protein prices unchanged for the month of September. However, thanks to the winter bonus, the powder producer's milk price shows a significant increase.
The fat price is €3,20 per kilo, while the protein price is €6,30 per kilo. With an annual supply of 1,1 million kilos of milk, this results in a milk price of €37,88 per 100 kilos. This is based on 4,41% fat and 3,47% protein. In addition, the price includes the winter surcharge (€3,90) and quality surcharge (€1,50).
In practice, the price can be even higher, because Vreugdenhil also offers premiums for partial grazing (€0,25), grazing (€1,50) and sustainability (€0,60). These premiums have been paid out monthly since this year.
Milk price comparison
In milk price comparison Vreugdenhil is no longer the bottom line. With an annual delivery of 1,1 million kilos, the dairy company from Nijkerk in Gelderland takes the lead. The increase is somewhat flattering, given that the winter allowance will be paid from September.
Organic milk price
The dairy company announces that the organic milk price is €50,25 per 100 kilos. This is based on 4,41% fat and 3,47% protein and includes all premiums to be achieved.
