Price fall in phosphate rights is gaining momentum
The price of phosphate rights has been in the red throughout October, with the price declines accelerating by the week.

Potential buyers wait and providers offer rights en masse. That has been the story on the phosphate rights market for weeks. Although almost everyone at a turnaround calculates, the first signs of this are not yet visible.
Listing €11 down
Trading fell through the €250 per right mark last week and things moved quickly from then on. The quotes at DCA-Markets are already below €240 per right. However, the top of the range is still well above €240, which means that the DCA quotation for phosphate rights amounts to €241 per right.
This is a decrease of €11 compared to last week and the largest decrease since the end of July. The expectation is that the downward trend will continue (at least in the short term).
