The milk price of Bel Leerdammer has been reduced in November. The raw material value of the milk also continues to fall.
On top of the basic milk price, a surcharge can be earned at Bel Leerdammer for grazing (€2 per 100 kilos) and sustainability (€0,60 per 100 kilos).
Movement in line with dairy market
In an explanation, Bel Leerdammer says that the downward movement fits the current situation on the dairy market; this is characterized by decreasing boter- and cheese prices.
The raw material value of raw milk is therefore under pressure, as figures from the Food Institute (IFE) also show. The value drops by €1,70 over the month of November to €29,70 per 100 kilos ex farm (at 4% fat).
