The day after the turn of the year, the trade in phosphate rights is virtually at a standstill. There is likely to be enough demand to return to trading soon…
The so-called '0% rights' closed 2018 with prices around €170 per right. These rights can be fully used again from 2019, which means that, according to an estate agent, this price level may be a good indication of a possible starting level of the price of usable rights.

Rights are currently offered on the Internet for prices close to €190 per right. However, the demand advertisements indicate lower levels, decreasing from €185 per right. Since (almost) no rights are traded, DCA Markets lacks information. That is why there is no quote for week 1.
According to various brokers, there is probably enough supply and demand to restart the phosphate rights trade soon.
