The Trade and Industry Appeals Tribunal (CBb) will deal with the large flow of phosphate rights cases that were received in 2018 in a 'special process'. The lecture will explain in 2 weeks what this treatment process will look like.
Since the introduction of the phosphate rights system, the CBb has had to deal with a considerable number of lawsuits, especially from dairy farmers. This mainly concerns ownership and the amount of phosphate rights. The CBb also speaks of a 'large influx' for 2018, without further specifying this.
Faster and more efficient
The judiciary is now entering a process in which lawsuits must be handled faster and more efficiently. On March 7, the lawyers of all offices that have more than 10 lawsuits pending at the CBb and the Netherlands Enterprise Agency (RVO.nl) were invited to an information meeting about the treatment process.
"Other parties that filed an appeal in 2018 in a phosphate rights case and want to participate in this meeting can also apply register here, the CBb reports.
