DCA phosphate listing finds a bottom

The DCA quotation for phosphate rights remains stable at €170 per right for the second week in a row in the quiet market. Several traders report that trade is taking place, although this is limited to small portions (100 to 300 kilos of phosphate). Lease rights are also traded sparingly at price levels of approximately €30 per right.

The traders also say that purchasing dairy farmers can usually pay for these transactions from their current account and do not have to fall back on bank financing.
