Increasingly larger wedge
Compared to the 5-year average, a larger wedge is visible. The difference for October is approximately 4,6%: 980.150 tons in 2019 versus 936.300 tons over the past 5 years. Production is expected to decline slightly again in the coming month, although it remains to be seen whether that decline will be as steep as the average shows. On average over the past 5 years, milk production has decreased by 71.460 tons between October and November (-8,2%).
