Positive cheese market
Looking at the cheese market, a higher milk price at A-ware was not necessarily excluded. The cheese prices are also attracting positive attention at the beginning of 2020. The DCA foil cheese quotation for Gouda increased last week by €0,03 to €3,12 per kilo. The positive undertone on the cheese market is due to the tight supplies available.
