For Arla suppliers in the Netherlands, the basic milk price increases by €0,59 to €31,44 per 100 kilos, calculated for an annual supply of 1 million kilos at 4,42% fat and 3,57% protein. Including bonuses and premiums for vlogging and grazing, among other things, the milk price can rise to €35,11 per 100 kilos. The underlying fat and protein prices are €3,63 and €4,36 per kilo respectively.

In comparison with other processors In our country, which already increased the milk price in the summer, Arla is introducing an increase at a very late stage. It is therefore unlikely that Dutch dairy producers will also increase the milk price next month. Explaining the change, Arthur Fernall, chairman of the board of directors of the dairy cooperative, indicates that the stable trend on the dairy market is likely to continue in the coming months.

Milcobel
The Belgian dairy cooperative Milcobel maintains a payment price of €29,42 per 100 kilos for August, based on a standardized delivery. Although Milcobel is trying to make the milk price more competitive, this has not yet been achieved. The dairy cooperative does take measures to achieve better financial performance. She is recently announced that a loss-making processing location in your own country is closed.
