Improved business performance
The increase in the milk price in recent months is the result of both improved business performance and favorable market developments. Eddy Leloup, director of Milk & Farms at Milcobel, said this. "The significant increase in the milk price over the past 3 months is also an indication that we have reconnected with the market," says Leloup.

In addition, the board has decided that the impact of the announced capital increase (€2,50 per 100 liters over a period of 7 years) will be fully met in 2021 with a supplementary payment or loyalty premium. "Every active dairy farmer will receive an amount of €2022 per 0,35 liters in 100 paid into the partners' account in February 2021," Leloup told Vilt.
