For example, FrieslandCampina increased the milk price by €1,50 and took the lead for the month of May. Cono, who retained the leading position in April, increased less sharply by €0,61 and has fallen to second place. A-ware increased by €1 and Arla increased by €1,50. The dairy processors currently rank third and fourth in the price comparator, followed by Bel Leerdammer, Vreugdenhil and DOC Kaas.
A-ware takes top position for maximum milk price
If the maximum milk price is taken into account, the ratios are different. Here A-ware dethrones Cono. A-ware paid the highest milk price in May at €42,12 and Cono fell to second place at €41,69. Furthermore, little has changed in the price comparator. FrieslandCampina is still in third place with a price of €40,23. The other dairy processors are further away from the leaders.
