Boerenbusiness launches Meadow Milk Price Comparator

Livestock farmers looking for a better insight into the milk prices paid per factory can Boerenbusiness from now on also compare the meadow milk prices. This is an extra service for subscribers, in addition to the comparison of the bare and maximum milk prices.

With the equation of the meadow milk prices, the broadest segment in dairy farming is covered. More than 80% of Dutch dairy farmers apply outdoor grazing and accept the premium paid for it. The regular sustainability premium is also included in the calculation.

Especially at a time when many dairy farmers are reassessing their position, good comparisons can be helpful.
