Eko-Holland keeps organic milk price stable in October
Suppliers' cooperative Eko-Holland expects to keep the organic milk price stable for October for the third month in a row. The biodynamic milk price is the same for the eighth month in a row.

The price for regular organic milk is expected to remain at €52,00 per 100 kilos, the cooperative reports. The biodynamic milk price remains at €57,60 per 100 kilos. This price has remained unchanged since March. Biodynamic is a small market.
Eko-Holland is the market leader in the Netherlands in organic milk. The organization has the most affiliated dairy farmers and also the largest volume of milk. FrieslandCampina is the second party on the market.
Arla, FrieslandCampina and Royal A-ware previously published their organic milk prices for October. Arla increased the organic milk price for October (for the Netherlands) by 50 cents per 100 kilos to €50,00. FrieslandCampina increased the organic guaranteed price for October by 25 cents to €50,50 per 100 kilos. A-ware also increased the organic milk price by 25 cents, to €54,09 per 100 kilos.
