LDA follows A-ware closely with milk price in Belgium

In terms of milk pricing, Laiterie des Ardennes, the second largest player in the Belgian dairy market, closely matches the price that Royal A-ware sets there. This is apparent from the milk price determined this week for October.

For October, LDA has set a standard price of €36,50 per 100 litres. That is €1,00 more than was paid in September. LDA does not indicate the price to which this corresponds for real contents.

Previously, Royal A-ware set a standard price for October of €36,90 per 100 litres, while Milcobel set a standard price of €36,00 per 100 litres. The milk price of A-ware at real components amounts to €39,55 per 100 litres, but then with twice the volume of milk. The comparable Milcobel price for this volume is calculated to be €38,70. 

For November, A-ware has set a standard milk of €38,15 per 100 litres. LDA and Milcobel have not yet set a milk price for November.
