The current guaranteed price increases to €43,72 per 100 kilos of milk, the organic guaranteed price to €51,58 per 100 kilos of milk. With the mentioned price of €43,72, the current guaranteed price is the highest level since 2015.
In terms of increase, FrieslandCampina lags slightly behind the step taken by competitor Arla Foods last week. In terms of milk price level, FrieslandCampina stands out the milk price comparator of Boerenbusiness however, still above its Scandinavian competitor
Average milk price for 2021
FrieslandCampina will pay out more than €1,40 per 100 kilos higher basic milk price for December, the meadow milk price in the Boerenbusiness Milk price comparator is more than €2,40 higher than that of Arla. On average over the entire year, FrieslandCampina pays a basic milk price of €35,35 per 100 kilos, the pasture milk price over the entire year amounts to €37,20, the maximum milk price amounts to €39,30.
At Arla, a basic milk price of €36,42 per 100 kilos is paid throughout the year, the maximum milk price is €39,04 per 100 kilos. All this at Dutch standard contents, an annual supply of 1 million kilos and after deduction of 5 cents per 100 kilos of contribution for ZuivelNL.
