Milk price DOC Cheese is about FrieslandCampina
DOC Kaas increases the advance price for the month of February again by more than €2,00 per 100 kilos, thus exceeding FrieslandCampina's milk price. The cooperative has also announced the second part of the supplementary payment.

In total, DOC Kaas increases the advance price for February by €2,14 per 100 kilos, slightly less than the price increase a month earlier. Thanks to these large steps up, the basic milk price of DOC Cheese for February has risen according to the Boerenbusiness Dutch Milk price calculator €1,45 per 100 kilos above that of FrieslandCampina. The meadow milk price is €1,70 higher.
With a maximum milk price of €48,43, DOC Cheese remains 50 cents behind the maximum milk price of FrieslandCampina, but DOC does not have a PlanetProof program.
Remaining additional payment higher than the first part
DOC Kaas has also announced the total back payment. DOC already paid out a portion in November. This was an amount of €0,43 per 100 kilos over the period January to November 2021. An additional amount of €0,54 per 100 kilos is added as the remainder, bringing the total additional payment for 2021 to €0,97 per 100 kilos of milk.
