Dairy producer A-ware raises the milk price for February, keeping the middle ground between FrieslandCampina/Arla and DOC Kaas. The organic milk price also gets a plus, but only to a limited extent.
For an annual supply of 1 million kilos, the milk price excluding VAT and after deduction of 5 cents per 100 kilos for ZuivelNL amounts to €44,37 per 100 kilos of raw material, according to the Boerenbusiness Dutch Milk price calculator. The meadow milk price comes to €45,62 and the price for the Albert Heijn line comes to €50,62 per 100 kilos. This means that the company is once again and for the time being the only one to exceed €50,00 per 100 kilos with conventional milk, albeit only with the Albert Heijn line.
For the average of all milk prices paid, A-ware mentions a weighted price (WP) of €47,19 per 100 kilos.
The organic milk price for February will increase by 22 cents compared to January and amounts to €55,74 per 100 kilos.
