Cono shifts to higher gear with milk price
Cono Kaasmakers is accelerating the increase in the milk price for the month of February, bringing the maximum price for February to almost €49,00 per 100 kilos.

The bare milk price of Cono Kaasmakers comes, according to the Boerenbusiness Dutch Milk price calculator, for the month of February at €44,30 per 100 kilos. One month earlier, that was €42,70 per 100 kilos. In addition, up to €4,50 per 100 kilos can be earned (€2 for grazing, €1 for Vlog and €1,50 for Caring Dairy).
As a branded cheese producer, in a strongly rising market, such as that of the past few months, Cono has a little more difficulty in taking big steps upwards than a dairy producer with more generic products. This has to do with the commercial agreements that brand producers have. These are often for a slightly longer term and therefore fluctuate slightly less.
