Leerdammer raises, but drops in ranking

Lactalis Leerdammer has increased the milk price for March by just under €1,80 per 100 kilos, but is slightly lower in the ranking of best payers. Companies such as A-ware, DOC and FrieslandCampina pay a higher basic price.

Lactalis Leerdammer does not provide an explanation of the monthly milk price, but the price development shows that fellow companies have increased more in recent months. Compared to the February price, €1,78 is added to the basic milk price for March. This ends up at a level of €45,33 per 100 kilos, according to the report Boerenbusiness Dutch Milk price calculator.
The meadow milk price is €47,33 per 100 kilos, the maximum milk price is €48,58. This is the price including surcharges for sustainability and Vlog food.
