Increase in A-ware Belgium more limited than in the Netherlands

Dairy company Royal A-ware increases the milk price for March in Belgium, but the increase is more limited than the one that was implemented in the Netherlands for March. A-ware considers the Netherlands and Belgium to be separate markets.

The milk price at legal standard contents will increase to €46,50 per 100 liters for March. At real levels and an annual supply of 1,3 million kilos, this amounts to an actual price of €49,41 per 100 liters.
In addition to A-ware, Arla has also already announced a milk price for March. Under comparable conditions, this amounts to €45,68 per 100 liters.
Milcobel and Laiterie des Ardennes will announce their milk prices for March at a later date.
