Dairy giant Arla Foods raises the advance price for April relatively modestly compared to the big step up that was taken in March. About 50 cents is added to the fat and protein contents used by Arla. At the Dutch levels it is slightly more.
The members in the Netherlands thus receive a basic milk price of €45,34 per 100 kilos, it appears de Boerenbusiness Milk price comparator. That is 57 cents more than was paid in March. Including grazing allowance, an additional 50 cents is added. The maximum milk price is €48,49 per 100 kilos. Up to €1,00 can be earned for time-independent collection and use of an additional adapter.
The organic milk price increases by €1,19 per 100 kilos to €57,72 at Dutch standard contents. Last month that price was €56,53 per 100 kilos of milk.
All prices are exclusive of VAT and apply to an annual supply of 1 million kilos.
