Eko-Holland: milk price organic higher, biodynamic not
Supply cooperative and market leader for organic milk Eko-Holland increases the organic milk price for the month of April by €1,00 per 100 kilos, but keeps the price for biodynamic milk the same.

As a result, Eko-Holland's expected organic milk price for April amounts to €56,55 per 100 kilos, excluding VAT, for an annual supply of 1 million kilos and after deduction of 5 cents per 100 kilos for ZuivelNL. The small group of biodynamic members receives a milk price of €58,65 per 100 kilos under the same conditions, which is the same as in March.
With this increase, Eko-Holland continues to pay a higher organic milk price than FrieslandCampina, the number two in terms of volume of organic milk in the Netherlands.
