German IFE market price spot milk to just under 70 cents
The German stock market price for spot milk, as calculated by the Ife in Kiel, is about 68 cents for April and May. This is the calculated raw material value based on the revenues that are now realized with butter and skimmed milk powder.

The experts at the Institut für Ernährungswirtschaft (IFE) in Kiel take into account that the stock exchange listing could rise even further, but it is difficult to say anything meaningful about that, they indicate.
It is not only the prices of skimmed milk powder and butter that are currently at an all-time high. Almost all dairy quotations are at record highs. The picture is no different for grains and oilseeds. Stocks of product are low and in dairy farming production continues to lag behind last year, with little hope of rapid improvement. In Germany, the milk supply remains 1,9% behind last year, in France the milk supply per week 11 is a total of 0,6% behind the same week in 2021, reports the German ZMB.
