Vreugdenhil arrives at the above-mentioned high payout due to an increase in the milk price for May by €5,10 per 100 kilos, which results in a basic milk price of €56,29 per 100 kilos. That is €4,56 more than the second highest payer in this milk flow - FrieslandCampina.
Vreugdenhil also sets the highest milk price for May for meadow milk, which is €3,41 higher than the number two payer, Royal A-ware. At €57,79 per 100 kilos, the meadow milk price of Vreugdenhil is even higher than the milk prices in the above-mentioned top segment.
