JOZ starts new branch and takes over Fullwood

June 16, 2022 - Wouter Baan

JOZ has bought Fullwood Milking from investment company Pindustry. With this, the feeding and manure robot specialist will also be selling milking systems. In their own words, this makes them a 'one stop shop' for the modern dairy farmer.

Fullwood supplies both automatic and conventional milking systems. Headquarters and production is located in the United Kingdom with sales in more than eighty countries. Fullwood also has a considerable market share in the Netherlands. The amount of money involved in the acquisition has not been disclosed.

Arend Kuperus, CEO of JOZ is proud of the acquisition: "Both JOZ and Fullwood are organizations with a decades-long history in the agricultural sector. We have the same DNA. By bringing together the innovation and automation power, we are ready for the future. "
