Thanks to the winter bonus of €3,90 per 100 kilos, suppliers receive a basic milk price of €64,17 per 100 kilos. This is the price excluding VAT, with an annual supply of 1 million kilos and standard contents for fat and protein (4,42%/3,57%). An entrepreneur can receive a maximum of € 65,67 per 100 kilos.
