Vreugdenhil lowers milk price in April 'modestly'
Vreugdenhil Dairy Foods is doing the same with the milk price for April as the other processors are doing: lowering the price considerably. Yet Vreugdenhil does it slightly more modestly than most others.

For the month of April, Vreugdenhil reduces the current milk price by €5,50 per 100 kilos to a basic price of €44,00 for an annual supply of 1 million kilos (excluding VAT). This does not set the highest basic milk price, but it is above average, as can be seen from the Boerenbusiness Milk price comparator. The maximum milk price is €45,50 per 100 kilos.
The organic milk price will be reduced by €2,67 to €60,42 per 100 kilos. This means that the company does not really achieve one of the highest milk prices in this segment, but it is not the lowest either, as can be seen from the Boerenbusiness Organic milk price comparator.
