A-ware reduces the milk price by €0,97 to €43,23 per 100 kilos. This takes the company into account Dutch Milk price calculator some distance from FrieslandCampina, which implemented a reduction of €1,50 for May. A-ware is under Arla, which has taken the lead since the decline in milk prices.

With the milk flow linked to the Albert Heijn concept, A-ware takes the lead in the maximum milk price comparator. At €48,98 per 100 kilos, A-ware is again just above FrieslandCampina's PlanetProof milk flow. The organic milk price drops by more than €3 to €57,64 per 100 kilos.

Price drop in Belgium stopped
In Belgium, A-ware stops lowering the milk price by keeping the payment price for May stable at €42,73 per 100 kilos. This makes A-ware the first processor to put a floor under the falling payment prices. Including the grazing premium, the payment price can amount to €43,73.
