In 2021, E-Piim, Royal A-ware and Interfood Group joined forces to establish this dairy factory, which is the most modern in the country. A-ware supervised the construction of the factory and is responsible for the sale of cheese from this factory, Interfood Group for the sale of whey powder and butter. This factory offers employment to about a hundred employees, but the recruitment and training of skilled employees is still in full swing.

Jaanus Murakas, Chairman of the Board of Directors of E-Piim: "We have come a long way and all employees at E-Piim are very happy that we have now made the first cheese. The entire process that preceded this was not without its challenges. bump, but generally went without any major problems."

Randel Veerits, factory director: "I am very happy with the skilled employees we have found for our team so far. We have currently been able to recruit half of the number of required professionals, the other half will follow in the last quarter of 2023 and the first quarter of the new year. There is still a lot of work to be done in the factory, step by step we will start increasing capacity, initially starting in one shift and expanding this to four shifts next year, with we are operational 24 hours a day."
