Cheese producers keep milk prices the same

Many processors leave the milk price alone. This also applies to Cono Kaasmakers and Leerdammer Lactalis, two processors where cheese largely determines the product portfolio.

Leerdammer lowered the milk price in September, but is no longer changing it this month. With an annual supply of 1 million kilos and the Dutch standard contents, the milk price is €39,59 per 100 kilos. This makes them a mid-range player Dutch Milk price calculator.
Cono Kaasmakers has announced that it will keep the payment price for September the same at €39,15 per 100 kilos. Including the maximum bonuses that can be achieved, the milk price rises to €43,65 per 100 kilos. Many Cono members will receive well over €40, as in practice few receive the basic milk price.
