DCA is further scaling up with additional dairy listings

DCA Markets has today (Thursday 26 October) introduced three new dairy quotations for lactose, whey concentrate and skimmed milk. This further expands the range of dairy quotations, after three new quotations were introduced in September.

The three new dairy quotations and specifications can be found on the DCA Markets website and are announced to customers and relations every Thursday at 16:00 PM, together with the other DCA dairy quotes. Tim Vrolijk, managing director of DCA-Markets: "We are pleased that we can add three new quotations to our offering, making an even greater part of the milk valorization in the dairy chain transparent. With the quotations we offer market parties tools to mutually to realize (fixed) price agreements."

DCA-Markets has been publishing spot prices for raw milk for years, which has been seen as the important benchmark in the liquid dairy market since 2009. Over the years, the quotations for skimmed milk concentrate, cream, Gouda and Edam cheese foil, cheddar (curd/mild), skimmed milk powder (food/feed), whole milk powder and whey powder (food/feed) have been added. Last month, quotations for full-fat milk powder (fat filled), Frau Antje foil cheese and natural cheese were added. The Price Reporting Agency (PRA) has planned to introduce a further three new dairy quotes for the month of November.
