Vreugdenhil Dairy Foods has increased its milk price for November, just like a number of other dairy companies. Almost last in a row of Dutch dairy companies with new milk prices for the current month, it is also the company with the largest increase.
Vreugdenhil increases the milk price by €1,56 per 100 kilos to €40,78 per 100 kilos. Just like Leerdammer, this means it is back above €40 per 100 kilos. At €40,78, a slightly above-average price is also paid for November, according to the Boerenbusiness Milk price comparator.
The maximum milk price, including grazing allowance, amounts to €42,28 per 100 kilos. There are additional compensations for farmers who participate in the Vreugdenhil and Nestlé sustainability program, but these are not directly reflected in the milk price.
The organic milk price for November has been kept at the same level as last month.
The milk prices mentioned apply to an annual supply of 1 million kilos, are exclusive of VAT and after deduction of a contribution for ZuivelNL.
