Dairy company Ausnutria is already 70% owned by fellow Chinese company Yili. Recently, however, the board has also increasingly been filled with managers from Yili.
In September, a new CEO was appointed from Yili's stable: Ren Zhijian. His predecessor Yan Weibin retired. This move was accompanied by the simultaneous resignation of two other managers. A number of top managers were also given other positions. This week, another veteran of Ausnutria has been replaced by a manager from the Yili stable.
The same thing happened earlier this month at Ausnutria in the Netherlands. New Zealander Richard Hickson was appointed as the new CEO. He is also a Yili manager.
His task is to shape the reorganization plan at Ausnutria Netherlands. The company has become increasingly difficult in recent years, mainly suffering from faltering exports to China.
