Arla is moving again with milk prices
After a month of being on hold, Arla is starting to move again with the (advance) milk price for March. The Scandinavian cooperative raises more than FrieslandCampina, but remains with the Amersfoort company in terms of payment.

The current (basic) milk price in the Netherlands is according to Boerenbusiness Milk price comparisonr increased by €1,05 per 100 kilos to €44,87 per 100 kilos. This means that this price is almost 80 cents behind that of FrieslandCampina.
In Belgium, Arla also increased the current milk price by €1,05, but to €44,88 per 100 liters. FrieslandCampina pays a basic price for suppliers (not for members, because there are not many of them) of €45,92 per 100 kilos, according to the Belgian Milk Price Comparator van Boerenbusiness .
