FrieslandCampina corrects the milk price for April slightly upwards, but is not positive about the development of milk prices.

However, the sharp drop in basic dairy prices is expected to lead to lower payment prices among competitors, the company indicates. The monthly calculation of the competitors' (actual and expected) payout prices does not yet show this. This calculation exercise shows that the current guaranteed price must increase by 25 cents next month to €46,75 per 100 kilos.
The basic milk price for an annual supply of 1 million kilos is according to the Boerenbusiness milk price comparator to €45,91 per 100 kilos. The organic milk price for 1 million kilos goes to €54,42 per 100 kilos.
In Belgium, suppliers also receive a quarter. There, the milk price for an annual supply of 1,3 million liters goes to €45,57 per 100 liters (for non-members).
