Lactalis Leerdammer also does not compromise on the milk price

The basic payment price is €1 per 45,10 kilos for the standard Dutch contents and an annual supply of 100 million kilos. In the Dutch Milk price calculator the cheese maker is a fraction below A-ware, which also kept the milk price the same this month. FrieslandCampina and Arla did opt for a (further) increase.

However, in light of the fairly weak dairy market in recent weeks, an unchanged milk price is not an illogical move. Cheese prices are under slight pressure, as is the appreciation of protein. The fat market is more erratic and on balance also slightly more positive. 

Including bonuses and premiums, the milk price at Lactalis Leerdammer can amount to a maximum of €47,70 per 100 kilos.
